The upcoming Vivo iQOO 13 is sparking interest as rumors suggest it will bring back the rear light strip, a popular feature from the original iQOO in 2019. This new model is expected to offer several improvements over the iQOO 12, continuing Vivo‘s trend of delivering innovative technology in its devices.
One of the key upgrades in the Vivo iQOO 13 is its camera system. According to reports, the phone will feature three 50 MP cameras. While the iQOO 12 had a 50 MP main camera, 50 MP ultrawide lens, and a 64 MP telephoto lens, the iQOO 13 is said to upgrade the telephoto lens to 50 MP, making all three cameras equal—a strategy similar to Vivo’s focus on high-quality camera performance in its latest phones.
The camera design is expected to stay the same, with a squircle-shaped module located in the top-left corner of the back. Additionally, the iQOO 13 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset and will feature slimmer bezels for a more modern look.
Other features rumored for the iQOO 13 include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, IP68-rated dust and water resistance, a large vibration motor, and a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging. These updates reflect Vivo’s focus on enhancing both performance and durability.
Some reports also suggest the iQOO 13 may replace its periscope zoom lens with a simpler 2x zoom lens, similar to recent changes in Vivo’s other models. With these new features, the Vivo iQOO 13 is shaping up to be a powerful and exciting release in the smartphone world.
