• Off-Net: Dialing outside Telenor network & PTCL.
• On-Net: Telenor to Telenor calls.
• Helpline Charges: Rs. 2.00+tax per call to Customer Relations.
• Price plan changeable once per billing cycle.
• Postpaid bill due at generation; pay within 14 days to avoid blocking.
• Pro-rated billing based on activation date.
• Free line rent resources refreshed each bill cycle.
• Telenor reserves the right to revise prices.
