Important Information:

• Bill Date: Customers are billed on the 2nd of every month, and package resources are refreshed on the same date.
• Pro-Ration: If you join Postpaid on a day other than the 2nd of the month, you'll receive resources and be charged line rent based on the remaining days until the next bill date.
• Late Payment Fee: A late payment fee of Rs. 100 or 5% of outstanding dues (excluding taxes), whichever is higher, will be charged for unpaid bills after the due date.
• Friends & Family (F&F): F&F call rates apply to 3 Jazz numbers at a time.
• Charging Pulse: After using free resources, calls are charged every 60 seconds, and data is charged in 512 KB increments at the specified rates.
• Fair Usage Policy (FUP): Data charges will not apply after data consumption of Rs. 2,000 on Pay-as-you-use.
• Remaining Resources Inquiry: Dial *2222# to check your remaining free MBs, minutes, and SMS, free of charge.
• Bill Details Inquiry: Dial *1111# to get details about your bill, free of charge.
• Data Reservation: The charging system reserves data volume for opening/accessing different applications/websites, which may result in data usage charges even if resources are unused.
• Government Taxes: All charges include General Sales Tax (GST) and Advance Income Tax (AIT) as specified by the Government of Pakistan, subject to change by the government.
• Blocking Spam: Report unwanted and unethical (unreasonable) messages by texting SENDER’s NUMBER (SPACE) SENDER’s MESSAGE to 9000 – PTA.
• Unregistered SIMs: Using SIMs without proper documentation is a crime – PTA.
