Xiaomi has launched a new smartphone in India, the Xiaomi 14 Civi. Originally called the Civi 4 Pro in China, focuses on providing high-quality camera features.
The phone comes in a simple black box with a charger, a data cable, a clear protective case, and a screen protector already on the phone. The Xiaomi 14 Civi is available in different colors and finishes: the Shadow Black model has a smooth, frosted glass back, the Cruise Blue model has a textured glass back, and the Matcha Green model features a vegan leather back with a uniquely textured glass insert.
Camera capabilities are a major highlight of the Xiaomi 14 Civi. It has three cameras on the back: a 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto camera for closer shots, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. It can record high-quality video at 4K resolution. The phone also has two 32MP cameras on the front for selfies.
Powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, the phone has 12GB of memory and 512GB of storage space. It features a 6.55-inch screen with a fast refresh rate, high resolution, and a bright display.
The Xiaomi 14 Civi’s battery is slightly smaller than some competitors’, with a 4700mAh capacity. It supports fast charging with a 67W charger, which will be interesting to compare with other phones like the OnePlus 12R, which has a bigger battery and faster charging.
