Vivo‘s Product Manager, Han Boxiao, has given a first look at the upcoming Vivo X200 on Weibo. He showed off the phone’s design, which features a unique water-patterned look combined with a cloud-step design. The phone has a special texture that changes its appearance depending on the angle and light. Han described the X200 as looking like an ocean in a storm or silk in sunlight.
The images shared by Han confirmed that the Vivo X200 will come in two striking colors: White and Blue. These colors highlight the phone’s sleek and modern design.
Vivo will officially launch the X200 series on October 14. They will likely include several models: the X200 Pro, the X200 Standard Edition, and possibly a smaller X200 Pro Mini. Vivo plans to release the X200 Ultra in early 2025, following the pattern set by the X100 Ultra’s launch in May 2024.
The top model in the series, the X200 Pro, will feature MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9400 chip. It will also come with a 6.78-inch 120Hz OLED screen, offering smooth performance. Additionally, the X200 Pro will be equipped with a powerful 1/1.28″ LYT-818 main camera sensor, making it a strong contender in the smartphone market.
