With over six months until its expected release, early specifications for Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series have started to surface, according to a recent report by GalaxyClub. While the upcoming lineup includes three models, significant camera enhancements appear to be exclusive to the premium Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The Galaxy S25 and S25+ are rumored to maintain the same triple-camera configuration as their predecessors, featuring a 12MP front-facing camera. This continuation marks the fourth generation where these models have not received major updates in camera technology.
In contrast, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is poised to receive substantial upgrades. It is reported to feature a 200MP main camera alongside three 50MP cameras for ultrawide, 3x telephoto, and 5x telephoto capabilities. This enhancement underscores Samsung’s commitment to pushing the envelope in high-end smartphone photography.
The report also suggests an increase in the Galaxy S25’s battery capacity, though specific details remain undisclosed.
As the launch date is still a considerable distance away, these early leaks should be approached with caution. As the release date approaches, more concrete information is expected, providing a clearer picture of what Samsung has in store for its next flagship series.
