The Poco F6 Pro stays true to Poco’s ethos of offering exceptional value for money. Like its predecessor, the Poco F5 Pro, the F6 Pro is the flagship of the Poco lineup. To maintain its affordability, it includes some concessions, such as using last year’s top-tier Qualcomm chip instead of the latest one. Despite this, the F6 Pro is a premium mid-range or flagship killer device with few practical compromises.
It’s worth noting that the Poco F6 Pro is a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Redmi K70. For this review, we will refer to the device as the Poco F6 Pro, but all findings apply equally to the Redmi K70.
The Poco F6 Pro features last year’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. While not the newest, this powerful chip effortlessly handles any task.

The Poco F6 Pro’s display is a standout feature, boasting a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3200 x 1440 resolution, 12-bit color depth, 3840Hz PWM dimming, and an impressive peak brightness of 4000 nits.
The camera system has also seen improvements. The main camera is now a 50MP unit, larger and brighter than before, including OIS. Complementing this is an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies.
The Poco F6 Pro’s 5000 mAh battery supports 120W HyperCharge fast charging, and unlike many competitors, the charger is included in the box. Additional features include stereo speakers, an IR blaster, and NFC.
Unboxing the Poco F6 Pro
The Poco F6 Pro comes in a standard two-piece cardboard box, all black with yellow lettering, adhering to the brand’s color scheme. The eco-friendly packaging uses cardboard for its internal cradles, with only a single piece of plastic used in the phone’s wrapper.
The accessory package is generous, including a 120W HyperCharge charger and a proprietary USB Type-A to Type-C cable, necessary for charging at full speed. Also included is a sturdy, non-transparent black TPU case. Overall, the unboxing experience is impressive, providing everything needed right out of the box.
