Chinese mobile company OnePlus has introduced the Nord series T2 mid-range phone, which will be the world’s first phone to feature the MediaTek chip maker’s Dementia 1300 chip. The OnePlus ‘Nord’ series is very popular and the company has given three back cameras and a selfie camera in the ‘Nord T2’ keeping in view the preferences of the consumers.
The back of the phone has a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel Ultra Wide, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The phone comes with a 32 mega selfie camera and is offered in two modules namely 8 GB and 12 GB RAM and its storage can be increased from 128 to 256 GB.
Equipped with MediaTek’s Dementity 1300 chip, the mobile is powered by Android 12 and Oxygen OS 12.1 operating systems. The octa-core CPU-enabled mobile has a slightly smaller screen of 6.43 and features a fingerprint sensor inside the display.
According to the company, the charging quality in the Nord T2 has been improved and the phone can be charged 100% in just 25 minutes with the help of an 80-volt charger.
The Nord T2 comes with a 4500 mAh battery and is offered in three different colors. The phone was immediately launched for sale in Europe and the US, but customers in other countries will be able to buy the Nord T2 from May 24 for around Rs 84,000.
