Honor has released a new mid-range phone called the Honor Play 60 Plus. It has a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chip and features like a fast 120Hz screen and a large 6,000 mAh battery that charges quickly with 35W charging.
The phone has a 6.77-inch screen with HD+ quality and can adjust brightness from very bright at 850 nits to very dim at 2 nits for easier viewing in dark environments.
For photos, it has a 50MP main camera and a 2MP camera for depth. There’s also a 5MP selfie camera in a small cutout on the screen. The phone uses MagicOS 8.0, based on Android 14, and includes a fingerprint scanner for security. It’s also rated IP64, which protects it against dust and water splashes.
The Honor Play 60 Plus comes in three colors: Phantom Black, Wonderland Green, and Moonlight White. It starts at about $206 for the version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and goes up to about $234 for the version with 512GB of storage.
