Oppo is ready to launch its Oppo Reno 13 series six months after releasing the Reno12 phones in China. Tech insider Digital Chat Station says the new smartphones will arrive on November 25, bringing a larger battery and other upgrades.
Oppo follows a pattern of releasing Reno series phones every six months, so this launch was expected. The lineup will likely include the Oppo Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro. While there isn’t much information yet on the Reno13, some details about the Reno13 Pro have leaked.
Reports suggest the Reno13 Pro will have a 6.78-inch curved OLED display and a large 5,900 mAh battery. It could support fast 80W charging with a cable, and 50W wireless charging, and might even include magnetic charging. Another major upgrade is the camera, with a 50 MP telephoto lens that offers 3x optical zoom—an improvement over the previous model. With these updates, Oppo aims to offer stronger battery life and better camera quality in its mid-range lineup.
