The OnePlus 13 is set to launch soon, and just before the official announcement, a new rumor has leaked its possible pricing. If these details hold, OnePlus plans to price the 13 about CNY 500 (around $70) higher than the OnePlus 12 was at its launch last year.
OnePlus will reportedly offer the entry-level 13 model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage at CNY 4,799 (roughly $675). The next variant, with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, may cost CNY 5,299 ($745). For those seeking more memory, the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage option could go for CNY 5,799 ($815), while the top model with 24GB RAM and 1TB storage may reach CNY 6,299 ($885).
These prices apply to the Chinese market, so expect higher prices for the international models once they roll out. For reference, last year’s OnePlus 12 launched in China at a starting price of CNY 4,299 (around $605).
Rising component costs seem to drive this increase, particularly the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which costs around 25-30% more than last year’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Other components have also risen in price, pushing up overall costs.
Recent certifications in China have confirmed several key specifications of the OnePlus 13. The new model will feature a 6.82-inch 1440p display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 32 MP front-facing camera, and three 50 MP rear cameras (main, ultrawide, and telephoto). OnePlus has packed in a powerful 6,000 mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, making it a strong contender in the flagship market. These features hint at a significant upgrade for the OnePlus 13 lineup.
