The Vivo V40 Pro is expected to hit the market soon, as it has recently been spotted on multiple certification websites worldwide. The latest confirmation comes from the Bluetooth SIG website, which lists the device under model number V2347.
Adding to the anticipation, the V40 Pro has also appeared on Geekbench, revealing crucial details about its specifications. According to Geekbench, the phone will be powered by the Dimensity 9200+ platform, featuring a CPU configuration of 1 core at 3.35 GHz, 3 cores at 3.0 GHz, and 4 cores at 2.0 GHz, mirroring the MediaTek SoC setup.
The device will offer an 8 GB RAM option and Android 14, likely layered with Vivo’s Funtouch OS 14. The V40 Pro is expected to closely resemble the Vivo S19 Pro, which is available in China, as Vivo often rebrands its S series for international markets under the V series.
If the similarities hold, the V40 Pro will boast a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, a triple-camera setup on the back, an ultra-slim design, and a 5,500 mAh battery with 80W fast wired charging. More details will emerge once the Vivo V40 Pro is officially launched, which is anticipated to happen in the coming weeks.
