Honor has officially launched the Honor 200 Pro and Honor 200 smartphones for the international market, with pre-orders starting today and general sales commencing on June 26. These new additions complement the more budget-friendly Honor 200 Lite, which was released globally in April.
The Honor 200 Pro, the flagship of this series, boasts a 6.78-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1224×2700 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Its impressive peak brightness reaches 4,000 nits. Powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, the device offers 12GB of RAM and a substantial 512GB of storage. It also features a robust 5,200mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 66W wireless charging, plus 5W reverse wired charging for powering other devices.
Camera capabilities are a significant highlight of the Honor 200 Pro. It includes three 50MP cameras: a wide, a zoom, and a selfie shooter, along with a 12MP ultrawide camera that has autofocus. The 50MP selfie camera is supported by a 2MP depth sensor. Honor has partnered with French photography Studio Harcourt to enhance the AI Portrait Engine, aiming to replicate Harcourt’s iconic style in portrait photography.
The Honor 200 closely mirrors the Pro model, featuring a slightly smaller 6.7-inch OLED display and the same battery specifications. It runs on a 4nm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset available in 8GB or 12GB RAM configurations. The camera setup is nearly identical, minus the secondary depth sensor in the selfie camera.
As for the already available Honor 200 Lite, it is equipped with a 108MP main camera and a 50MP selfie camera, powered by a 6nm Dimensity 6080 chipset and a 4,500mAh battery with 35W charging.
The Honor 200 Pro is priced at £700/€799 for the 12/512GB model and includes a free Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 8 50W Bluetooth speaker, valued at £280. The 8/256GB Honor 200 is priced at £500/€599 and comes with a complimentary JBL Charge 5 Wi-Fi, normally worth £200. Additionally, the 12/512GB Honor 200 is available for €649. These promotions are subject to availability.
This launch marks a significant expansion in Honor’s global offerings, showcasing their commitment to bringing advanced technology and quality to a wider audience.
